Comments

Email Signature Generator

Farm 6 Media provides a free Email Signature Generator tool at https://farm6media.com/email-signature-generator/. The following explains how your data is handled when you use this tool.

Information you enter into the tool: When building your signature, you voluntarily enter personal and business information such as your name, job title, company name, phone numbers, email address, website URL, social media profile URLs, and profile photo or logo URLs. This information is used only within your browser to generate your signature preview and the downloadable HTML file. It is not transmitted to Farm 6 Media servers unless you choose to save your signature.

Saving your signature (optional): If you choose to save your signature for later editing, you provide your email address. By doing so, you consent to:

  • Receiving a one-time transactional email containing a restore link for your saved signature.
  • Receiving occasional marketing communications from Farm 6 Media, as indicated in the opt-in language at the time of submission.

Restore links: When you save your signature, a unique restore link is generated and emailed to you. This link encodes your signature settings as a URL parameter. The data exists within the URL itself — no account is created and no password is required. Treat your restore link as a private link; anyone who has it can load your signature settings.

Google Sheets and Google Apps Script: When you submit your email address through the tool, the following data is logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Farm 6 Media: your name, email address, company name, chosen template, restore link URL, email sent status, and marketing consent status. This data is processed by Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets, both of which are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Farm 6 Media does not share this data with third parties.

Email-only submissions (gate modal): If you provide your email address through the export prompt without checking the save option, you will receive a one-time restore link email only. You will not be added to any marketing list.

Downloadable Assets and Free Resources

Farm 6 Media offers free downloadable resources such as templates, guides, and checklists (“Downloadable Assets”). Some assets require submission of an email address to receive.

  • Your email address is collected to deliver the requested asset to you.
  • Where marketing consent is explicitly requested and given at the point of submission, Farm 6 Media may send you occasional relevant marketing communications.
  • If no marketing consent is requested at the time of submission, your email is used for delivery purposes only and you will not be added to a marketing list.

Marketing Communications and CASL Compliance

Farm 6 Media sends marketing emails only to individuals who have provided express consent as defined under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

How to Unsubscribe

  • Replying to any Farm 6 Media email with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Unsubscribe requests will be processed within 10 business days in compliance with CASL requirements. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent prior to withdrawal.

Email Signature Generator Data

Downloadable Asset Submission Data

Email addresses collected for delivery of Downloadable Assets are retained for the duration of any active marketing consent, or for delivery confirmation purposes only where no consent was given. You may request deletion at any time.
