The Tool is provided “as-is” for personal and commercial use. You are solely responsible for the content of any signature you create, including ensuring that all information, images, and URLs you input are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
4.3 Email Collection and Consent
Use of the Tool requires agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Users may optionally choose to save their signature for later editing by providing their email address. By opting in to save your signature, you:
- Consent to receive a one-time transactional email containing a restore link for your signature.

Users who do not opt in to save their signature will not be added to any marketing list. Users who provide an email address only through the export gate (without checking the save option) will receive a restore link email only and will not be added to any marketing list.

4.6 Rendering Disclaimer
HTML email signatures generated by the Tool are designed to be compatible with major email clients including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. However, due to the varying rendering behaviour of email clients, Farm 6 Media does not guarantee that signatures will render identically across all platforms, devices, or email client versions. Users are responsible for testing their signatures in their own environment before use.
4.7 Tool Availability
Farm 6 Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from unavailability of the Tool.
5. Downloadable Assets and Free Resources
5.1 Description
Farm 6 Media offers free downloadable assets including templates, guides, checklists, and other resources (“Downloadable Assets”). Access to some or all Downloadable Assets may require submission of an email address.

7. User Comments and Content
Farm 6 Media allows users to post comments and content. We monitor submissions and reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content. By posting, you grant Farm 6 Media a non-exclusive license to use and edit your comments.

Further Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers
Stock Images, Video, Audio, and Graphics
Stock media provided to the client is intended solely for the specified purpose and cannot be used for any other purpose without express written permission. Additional charges may apply for extended usage.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any content, images, or materials provided by the client must be either owned by the client or properly licensed for use. The company is not liable for infringement claims related to client-provided materials. All original content created by the company remains its intellectual property until full payment is received.
Content Backup Disclaimer
Hyperwave Media Group Ltd. retains backups of client content for one (1) year from the date of delivery. After this period, all backups are permanently deleted. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of provided content.
Refunds
The company does not offer refunds for projects where labour or other expenses have been incurred. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the company.
Revisions
Package and retained pre-paid services: Unlimited revisions. On-demand services: Revisions are considered on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to refuse unreasonable revision requests.
No Guarantees on Outcomes
The company employs industry best practices but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased website traffic, sales, or customer engagement due to variables beyond its control.
Client’s Responsibility
Clients must review and approve all content before publication. If the client requests publication without prior approval, the client assumes full responsibility for any consequences.
Third-Party Services and Tools
The company may use third-party platforms or tools to deliver services. The company is not responsible for disruptions, changes in terms, outages, or alterations to these third-party services. Free Tools on this website may utilize third-party services including Google Workspace (Apps Script and Sheets) and Cloudflare.
Confidentiality
The company treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as necessary to deliver services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, the company will deliver all completed work to date, no refunds will be issued for work already performed, and all outstanding payments for completed work will be due immediately.
